Destination Beach Wedding-Sarasota Ritz Carlton

The beautiful beach on Lido Key at the Sarasota Ritz Carlton Members Beach Club is a wonderful spot for a destination wedding. The white powered beach is picture perfect as you will see from the photos by Limelight Photography. This couple chose a blue and white themed wedding, and were married under a bamboo and fabric canopy decorated with blue orchids and white roses. The aisle was lined with star fished tied to the chairs with blue raffia.

The bride carried a hand tied garden mixed bouquet of roses, lisianthus, orchids, delphinium all nested into a soft blue hydrangea. The bridesmaids carried the blue hydrangea with small white spray roses.

The beach theme was carried inside by using centerpieces made in the large conk shells that include the blue orchids and roses and wisps of bear grass.

Spring Wedding at the Ringling Museum Courtyard

This spring wedding in the Ringling Museum Courtyard was photographed by Limelight Photography and captures the mood and the festivities with style. The couple selected a garden arch covered in Ravel, hot pink roses, and lilies for there ceremony site.

Guest table centerpieces with designed in 26” cylinder vases filled with regal white calla lilies and branches. Each vase was up lighted as it was placed on an LED light tray which created a soft glow as the party moved into the evening.

The bride selected white cymbidium orchids with pink throats and ivory roses for her bouquet. The bridesmaids, in the blue gown, carried bouquet with a pop of color using the hot pink hydrangea and white roses.

Ritz Carlton Members Beach Club- Perfect Destination Wedding Site

This destination wedding couple planned their perfect day at the Ritz member Beach Club in Sarasota. Rebecca from Limelight Photography captured their day in the photos you will see in this blog entry.

Rev Georgeanne Butler preformed the ceremony, which included a “sand ceremony” element. Two large bamboo vases of areca palms and river cane with Bombay orchids flanked the couple and the aisle was decorated with sheppard hooks with glass cones of hydrangea and pink spray roses that were then reused on some of the table settings at the reception.

The bride carried a bouquet of soft pink hydrangea with pink ranunculus and the brides with hot pink ranunculus. White dendrobium orchids where used in the brides hair as well on the jacket of the groom.

The Sunset Terrace at the Ritz Member Beach Club over looking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico was the reception site and where the couple and their family and friends celebrated their marriage.

Powel Crosley Museum-All white wedding

The Powel Crosley Museum is one of the most beautiful places in Sarasota for a wedding. It a lovely historic mansion and there are so many places right on the property to be married. Couple can choose the logia as this bride did, or the gazebo or a water view on the lawn.

This featured couple used Limelight Photography for their all white wedding. The bride chose a clean look using all white roses for her bridal bouquet that was hand tied with an initial on the handle and the bridesmaids carried a garden mix of all white and cream tone flowers. The front arch on the logia was draped with fabric by Affairs in the Air and green plants from Made in the Shade added a little softness to either side of the fountain as the background for the ceremony.

Tall vases of curly willow branches with white dendrobium orchids sprays graced the tables. This was a natural look that gave some elevation on the guest tables. Also on the place card table a vase of manzanita branches with sprays of crystals tied in nicely with the guest table arrangements.
