This Bradenton couple had their dream wedding begin at the beautiful West Bradenton Baptist Church. The church altar was designed using all white flowers with natural branches and green amaranths and included brass candelabrum with coordinating white floral sprays and a huge urn on the center altar. Their large bridal party along with approximately 200 guests moved to The Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country, for their reception.
This Southern couple had very modern tastes with a grand entry piece using a 26″ cylinder with lots of tall curly willow. From the branches orchids rained off of monofilament and trailed on to the place card table. The ballroom was a mixed of 2 styles of tall elevated arrangements using James Story Orchid sprays and curly willow and then in the other 1/2 of the arrangements a contemporary design, almost topiary like using a terra cotta colored rose, called Leonides, with the James Story orchids on aluminum wire to form and “S” curve through the arrangement. The head tables were arranged in large squares with an open center using a 15′ tree with up lighting. Again orchids trailed, in a rain like effect from the branches of the tree. The inside center square of the tables were lined with varying sizes of cylinders with floating candles for a romantic and modern evening glow.
We worked together with Alfred Gordon who provided photography and the very friendly staff of The Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club to create a modern display of Southern elegance.
